Solid-sealed Pole Production Process
At present, Embedded Pole is further subdivided into sealed poles represented by ABB and potted poles represented by SIEMENS according to different production process flows. The production processes of the two poles are briefly described as follows:
Solid sealed pole: First, a layer of silicone rubber is vulcanized on the surface of the vacuum interrupter, and then the interrupter and the conductive parts are assembled and placed in a mold to cast epoxy resin material for curing and forming.
Potted pole: After the vacuum interrupter and the conductive parts are assembled, they are placed in a prefabricated epoxy resin insulation cylinder and fixed and locked, and then silicone rubber is poured into the gap between the vacuum interrupter and the insulation cylinder for curing and forming.
