Under high voltage conditions, Insulation Contact Box is prone to flashover and breakdown. Flashover refers to arc discharge on the surface of the insulating contact box, which can cause damage and contamination to the surface of the insulating contact box; while breakdown refers to electrical breakdown inside the insulating contact box, which can cause complete failure of the insulating contact box.
