Structural design
The integrated is usually composed of a conductive rod, an insulating layer, a shielding layer and an external protective layer. The conductive rod is made of high-purity copper or aluminum alloy, and the surface is silver-plated or nickel-plated to reduce contact resistance. The insulating layer is made of epoxy resin or silicone rubber through a vacuum casting process to cover the conductive rod to form a uniform and dense insulator that can withstand partial discharge and temperature shock. The shielding layer uses a semi-conductive material to cover the surface of the insulating layer to uniformly distribute the electric field and avoid tip discharge. The external protective layer improves the material's weather resistance and anti-aging ability by adding ultraviolet absorbers and antioxidants. The layers are seamlessly connected through molecular-level bonding technology to ensure the mechanical stability of the overall structure.
