At present, there are many manufacturers in the market that carry out Embedded Pole encapsulation, and their understanding of product requirements and quality control levels are uneven. Some manufacturers with high quality reputation have carried out multiple performance tests such as resistance testing, power frequency, impact, partial discharge, X-ray (bubble detection), high and low temperature, alternating humidity and heat testing during the production process; and have carried out glass transition temperature, bending resistance, and tensile performance testing on epoxy resin raw materials. These testing methods provide a control basis for the reliable guarantee of product quality.
