Material Properties Of Integrated Sealed Pole

Silicone rubber has become the mainstream Embedded Pole choice due to its flexibility and high temperature resistance (operating temperature range -60℃ to 200℃), and is suitable for working conditions with frequent thermal cycles. Epoxy resin is often used in fixed installation scenarios due to its high hardness and resistance to compression deformation. Metal conductors must meet the standard of conductivity ≥58MS/m, and internal stress must be eliminated through annealing. The material ratio needs to be precisely controlled. For example, the content of fumed silica in silicone rubber must reach 25% 30% to achieve optimal dielectric strength (≥18kV/mm) and tear resistance (≥15kN/m).
