When we conduct power frequency withstand voltage test on epoxy resin cast bushing switchgear, during the process of uniformly boosting the test voltage through the voltage regulator, the above-mentioned epoxy bushing manufacturer bears the test voltage together with the host. Except for the breakdown within the prescribed withstand voltage maintenance period of 1 minute after successful boosting, when any part of epoxy bushing for transformer breaks down due to weak insulation during the boosting process, it is instantaneous and such breakdown should be determined as electrical breakdown.
