Concepts Related To Sealed Poles
Epoxy resin is both the main insulation of the primary part and the mechanical support of Embedded Pole. Its electric field distribution is superior to that of various shapes of insulating partition structures. APG technology, namely epoxy resin automatic pressure gel molding technology, is developed on the basis of epoxy resin vacuum casting process and is a form of pressure gel process (PG) technology. PG technology was developed by Ciba-Geigy Company of Switzerland in 1967. In the early 1970s, PG technology was further improved to form automatic pressure gel process (APG). APG technology is suitable for liquid epoxy resin, unsaturated polyester resin, polyurethane and silicone resin. However, in the production of high-voltage insulation parts, a large amount of liquid epoxy resin is used. In recent years, the use of APG technology to produce silicone products has also gradually increased.
