In the process of forming the technical means of solving the above-mentioned problem at high voltage epoxy, in order to suppress the reaction between the molten zinc coating on the surface of the needle-shaped component and the alkaline adhesive at epoxy resin insulator and to protect the needle-shaped component at high voltage epoxy resin from corrosion, the inventors coated the needle-shaped component at high voltage standoff with a conventional alkali-resistant insulating film, i.e., a typical asphalt paint film.
