Since the main reason for the failure of the main transformer epoxy bushing is due to the poor sealing and insulation failure of epoxy resin bushing, the main reasons for the failure of the sealing insulation of epoxy resin cast bushing are two aspects: on the one hand, it may be due to the lack of experience of the previous installers, non-standard operation, or insufficient bolt tightening force, resulting in the invalid insulation seal; on the other hand, it may be due to long-term disrepair, over-cycle operation, or quality problems or aging of the rubber pad.
By analyzing the reasons, corresponding countermeasures were formulated from the aspects of maintenance and repair. Keep the surface of the porcelain sleeve clean, without cracks, damage and discharge marks; replace the replaceable rubber pads such as the oil drain hole, keep the seal good and leak-free, improve the sealing performance of epoxy bushing manufacturer, prevent epoxy bushing for transformer from water seepage and oil leakage, and make the bushing leak-free. Strengthen the micro-water test of insulating oil, shorten the test cycle, carry out loosening and sealing inspection of the top terminal block of the bushing during maintenance, and keep maintenance records. The oil level of the capacitor bushing and the oil-filled bushing is normal. It is necessary to add oil or replace new oil in time, apply anaerobic glue on the copper pipe thread of the bushing, and increase the degree of consolidation between the terminal block and the copper pipe. tgδ
