Selection Of Manufacturing Process For Solid-sealed Poles

Date: | Read: 58

Embedded Pole is to first mix epoxy resin and other materials evenly in a mixing tank, and then inject the mixture into the mold cavity under a certain pressure after vacuum degassing. The mixture rises evenly and slowly in the mold cavity, so that the air in the mold cavity is discharged and the entire mold cavity is filled. The mixture is rapidly solidified after contacting the mold wall at a higher mold temperature, and then gradually extends to the inside. From injection to demolding, the injection port always maintains a certain pressure on the mold cavity, and continuously compensates the mold cavity, so that the product has excellent mechanical and electrical properties. In order to meet the APG process requirements, the process selection should be based on the "viscosity-time curve", "viscosity-temperature curve", "gel time-temperature curve" of different materials to formulate reasonable batching temperature, storage time, injection pressure, mold temperature and initial curing time, post-curing temperature and time, to ensure that the epoxy system can be cured completely and meet the mechanical and electrical properties of the product. According to the different seasonal temperatures, the cooling requirements after the post-curing are also required to prevent the product from cracking due to the concentration of internal stress due to rapid cooling.
