In the material preparation stage, epoxy resin, curing agent, filler and reinforcing material are key raw materials. Epoxy resin usually uses low viscosity models to facilitate subsequent impregnation; the ratio of curing agent to resin needs to be strictly calculated, and the error is controlled within ±1% to avoid incomplete curing or overreaction. Fillers such as silica powder are used to adjust the fluidity of the resin, and reinforcing materials are mostly glass fiber cloth or alkali-free cloth, which are cut to size in advance. The ambient temperature and humidity must be stable at 25℃±2 and humidity 50%±5% to prevent the material from absorbing moisture or curing prematurely.
